WARRANTY

All karaoke players and other electronics carry a 12 month factory warranty. If your player requires warranty service, pack only the faulty component carefully, and include your invoice. Please mail your player to:

- Note: Do not send your extra magic mic chips, books, or karaoke disks and books when returning for repair.. All cables are not covered with a warranty and tampering with any player or component voids the warranty. If a battery is left in a magic microphone and the battery leaks the warranty is voided.
Shipping costs for exchange, returns, or refunds, are paid by the customer when shipping to us and we cover shipping costs back to the customer for U.S. orders. For international orders we must charge the shipping costs to ship the item back to the customer in another country.
RETURNS

Karaoke players can be returned for refund if done within 3 days of receiving the item. There will be a 10% re-stocking fee. The simple reason for the fee is that no one else will want the player after it has been returned. Delays that occur after we ship with UPS or USPS is outside of our control and does not constitute a reason for cancellation or refund of any kind.
A player cannot be returned if the box is lost or destroyed. Also, if the player has been damaged we cannot accept it for a refund. If a battery is left in a magic microphone and the battery leaks the warranty is voided. If any of the package cables, chips, books have been lost or misplaced we cannot accept a player for refund.
